Veostate connector guide
Last updated October 2026. Create one listing video, auto-publish to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X with a subscription. Create your listing video, then publish it through your own connected social accounts. Veostate's connector is included with a subscription; standalone video purchases do not include connector access.
Connect your own accounts
Sign in to your subscribed Veostate account and open Connected accounts. Select Connect for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or X, sign in to that platform and approve the requested permissions. Return to Veostate and check that the account shows Connected.
You choose which accounts to connect. Your listing videos are published to your accounts, not to Veostate's social profiles.
Turn on automatic publishing
On each connected account, turn on Publish new videos automatically before generating your next listing video. The choice is separate for each platform: connecting an account alone does not turn automatic publishing on.
Generate your video through the existing listing workflow. After the finished MP4 is saved to your portfolio, Veostate submits it to active connected accounts with automatic publishing enabled, using the listing's platform-specific caption and hashtags. Platform processing and acceptance may take additional time.
This setting applies to newly finished videos. It does not bulk-publish videos already in your portfolio.
Choose the right video format
Choose a 16:9 property tour for widescreen viewing or a 9:16 social video for portrait feeds. Both are generated from your listing photos, with a listing description and hashtags.
YouTube supports widescreen presentation; 9:16 is suited to Shorts-style viewing. TikTok and Instagram Reels are portrait-first destinations, while X can share listing videos with a caption. A video is not guaranteed to be classified as a Short or Reel solely because of its shape.
Veostate submits the finished MP4 in the format you selected. It does not automatically crop or convert the video for each connected platform. Each platform applies its own publishing requirements.
Instagram account requirements
Meta requires a Professional Instagram account linked to a Facebook Page. Use a Facebook account with access to that Page when connecting, and approve the requested account and publishing permissions.
When Instagram access expires, reconnect the account in Veostate. Veostate's current Instagram connection does not renew expired access silently.
Publish manually or download
Prefer to choose when to post? Leave automatic publishing off and use Publish to social for a finished listing video, selecting the connected accounts you want to use.
Downloading a video and uploading it yourself is separate from the connector. WhatsApp and other manual sharing destinations are not automatic-publishing connections in Veostate.
Stay in control of your connections
Turn off Publish new videos automatically to stop future automatic submissions to that account. You can still select it for manual publishing while the connection is active.
If an account shows Needs attention, read the error shown on Connected accounts. Expired or revoked permissions may require reconnection; a platform rejection may require reviewing that platform's requirements. Automatic publishing uses active connections only.
Disconnect removes Veostate's stored connection and stops future publishing to it. Videos already published on the platform stay online.
